    Look for Visible Signs: During your initial visit, keep an eye out for obvious signs of termite presence:

    Mud tubes on walls or foundation, which termites use as tunnels.

    Small piles of wings near windowsills, indicating swarming termites.

    Hollow-sounding wood, indicating it might be infested.

    Research the Area: Learn about the termite activity in the area. Some regions are more prone to termite infestations. Local termite reports can provide valuable information.
